As the founder of GILBERT M BELL, LLC, I bring over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). My work has always centered on transformation—helping individuals navigate addiction, shift behaviors, and build healthier, purpose-driven lives. That same dedication now fuels my mission to support social workers and behavioral health professionals in their pursuit of licensure and long-term success.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed firsthand how challenging it can be for emerging professionals to access the right tools, guidance, and support systems to reach their goals. I created this platform to change that.
